Brasse & Kompagni ApS is based in Denmark that has a dedicated team of support staff which includes recruitment consultants, recruitment resourcers and accounts and payroll staff.
Brasse & Kompagni provides human resource solutions that include but are not limited to permanent, temporary and contract recruitment options, employee selection and targeted training in conjunction with our team of supporting registered training organisations.

Screening of Candidates
Brasse & Kompagni has adopted comprehensive processes for screening candidates for placement with our clients. The identification of the skills and attributes you require of a potential staff member sets in motion a sequence of events that often includes interviews, reference checks, medicals, skills testing and any other negotiated screening method that enables Brasse & Kompagni to get it right for its clients.

Whilst our primary focus has been on servicing Scandinavia, we have also offered our services throughout Europe to several of our international clients. In conjunction with client representatives we will undertake site visits, workplace assessments and negotiate safe working options for the peace of mind of all concerned with the placement of staff. Building this relationship is important for the development of sustainable activities for the mutual benefit of all concerned.

In addition to our recruitment and casual employment services, Brasse & Kompagni also advise on training and funding options for businesses or individuals accessing government incentivised or subsidised training for the up-skilling of employees or individuals.
